PART 3: ArcSDE on Red Hat Linux

This post contains the continuation of the installation of ArcSDE.

Please note to edit the dbinit.sde file according to your setup. You need to set the settings in the file:

• set PGHOSTADDR = hostaddress (ex. 192.168.50.1)
• set SDE_DATABASE = databasename
